Anyone know how to keep from people posting anonymous?

ETA: Someone wanna teach me how to do a friends only?

ETA2: Actually maybe I'll just put every entry as friends only, it's easier.

ETA3: Turns out it's a friend of one of the Jaters on LF.*blank*

When you're writing your post.. the bottom.. it says "everyone" or something. You can change it to "Friends"
And yea.. you have to do it for every entry you post.
