All I can reccy' for getting yourself back on track is easy-does-it [little changes and little commitments] and a routine. No matter how busy you are, put aside 15 minutes to go for a walk around the block, or a little jog or some stretches. They will get you motivated. :]
Try to pack healthy energy foods in your lunch [dried fruit, regular fruit] and drink water.
Look after yourself hon, great to hear you're doing well.
