Knitting Ponderings

I am knitting a scarf. A lovely baby llama scarf, to go with my baby llama mittens. I have enough yarn to make a 52cm long scarf, which isn't really long enough. I could make one slightly longer, if I frog back all of what I've done so far, which is about 45 rows/15cm. Or I could buy another 2 balls of yarn, which will cost about £10 ( Read more... )

Make it a bit shorter, include button holes a few rows before casting off, and make it into a neck warmer.

Aaah, yes, the problem is that this *is* a neck warmer. 52cm really isn't long.

I'd buy more yarn. That stuff is soooo soft I just want to sit and stroke it.

Yeah, I think that's what I'm going to do, even if I get 1 more skein, and do a solid non-stripey section for the back.
