i was working on my personal budgeting plan last night (yes, i know, it's boring and responsible, but it had to be done) and i'm trying to figure out where all my money goes, and why i have none.

my job pays me well enough to cover all my bills, plus have plenty left over for food and fun. but now i'm only a day away from pay day, and all of it is

About the money thing, I don't get it either. I have been budgeting hardcore and still wind up short. I balanced my checkbook and thought of what kinds of money I am going to have to have in order to pay two sets of rent plus two sets utilities. I wanted to cry out of frustration. I hate money!

no spending $300 in a couple of days? And here I thought we were all gonna be flashing bling and strutting around with brown bags of Cristal and Courvoisier when I come to chucktown!

Speaking of which...is the 4th of July, Charleston-style, going to be fun enough for me to stay for it, or is there a reason I should ske-daddle sooner? If I should stay, can you take me to the airport early on the morning of July 5?

I'm such a mooch! [especially since i'm assuming that your offer to pick me up from the airport includes a floor/couch to sleep on...]
