so i don't really make resolutions, more like goals. or at least small term things i'd like to do before 2006 is over.... to keep it quite simple

i've already cut out caffeine. well, liquid caffeine. it's not a great amount of time, but i haven't had any sweet tea, coffee, or soda since saturday.
and i have a pack and a half left of cigarettes until i want to mostly quit. once those cigarettes are gone, i will not smoke at home (though i rarely do these days), i will not smoke during the daylight hours (again, it's rare), and i will not smoke unless i go out. that sounds like a cop out but seriously, how often do i go out?
and let me know if you need any assistance with your disc, because while i can't play instruments all that well, if i can get over my severe anxiety then i've been told i can sing all right. plus i know what sounds good and what sucks. ;-)
