rice+lentils tends to give you something fairly close to a complete protein IIRC. you'd of course want to augment with fruits+veggies.

Strangely enough I am aware of this but I am not knowledgeable of how much is=to protien i.e. grams.

Thanks so much! This sounds fantastic. Now if only you could tell me what to know with the millions of tomatoes I have in my kitchen right now, I'd be all set ;-)!

Millions of tomoatoes? Oh, the horror! :) All the ideas that boubabe are very good ones. I like tomatoes with fresh basil, too. There's a bread/tomato/basil salad that I like to make when I have lots. They're good slow roasted with other vegetable in an casserole, too. I'm going to try a fresh tomato sauce recipe too, as that sounds appealing. If they're sort of a meaty Roma type, you can make your own sundried tomatoes. Or you can just eat them like an apple. :)
