Blindsight has received an awful lot of good press in the SF community. I wouldn't be surprised if it was nominated for something this summer. I just got it myself via Amazon, and I know a fair number of UK fans who have it. I'd love to hear what you think of Blindsight!

I, too, have ordered the rest of his books and I'm gleeful at having so! much! good! stuff to read.

I will definitely have to check those out. Is it a series or separate books?

"Blindsight" is a stand alone as far as I can tell. "Starfish", "Maelstrom" and "Behemoth" were meant to be a trilogy, but the last book ended up being split into two books, "B-max" and "Seppuku".
