1. I've discovered that mini ramekins can be used to make small pies. This is excellent, as it saves me from the dilemma of whether or not to have that final piece of pie for breakfast. Tonight's supper features apple pie with crystallized ginger

2. I seem to recall that the liquor store at Bonnie Doon mall had Aussie wines in boxes? Something like that?
4. Mmm. I have faith you will come up with something amazing! I vote for those failure squares you made - you said they failed, I say delicious.
5. I had to decline that shower, though I want to celebrate the bride, for unrelated reasons. But I wondered where the hell would I get South African cheese, anyway?
