I am grateful that the weather has improved, however. Doing all this in -30 C would be even more taxing.
i'd kinda wondered about that - is the plan for them to start building in winter?

The actual building supposed to start sometime in February, so some of the construction will indeed be done in winter.

I think several see me as having great potential in decluttering their craft rooms.

I'm guessing this is through changing their clutter into your clutter?

We've rented a place not too far away from our old place, on the other side of the ravine. We've already been there for a while, hoping that it would make the next steps easier.
