drabble from last Wednesday
Or at least, that I should have written last Wednesday.

There was nothing really scary about a Quincy in an apron. Especially when the apron in question was pink and lacy. Even if he had a rather impressive glare. Byakuya, who had brooding down to an art, was impressed by the feeling and effort put into perfecting that glare.
The tension between the two was, if not broken, at least postponed by Yuzu’s cheerful “I’ll set one more place setting. We’re really getting to be one big, happy family.”
“Honey, I’m hoooo~me!”
Ryuuken knew better to turn to Isshin for help. “Rukia’s brother will be joining us for dinner.”
“Byakuya-bo!”
The greeting was obviously merited enough the Byakuya knew how to avoid Isshin’s overenthusiastic greetings.
Ichigo and Rukia had come downstairs just in time to gape as Isshin’s flying hug of manly love fell short and he hit the ground.
