They had betrayed for Galaxia. They had killed everyone they had ever cared about except each other for a chance to take her down. They’d failed.
She’d taken their souls, their memories and made them her entourage for a thousand years. They had forgotten everything of the heroes and guardians they’d once been. Eventually, heartless and soulless, they forgot each other. What they had meant to each other, why they had done it. Galaxia had killed her love and she’d hardly reacted. Her own she’d noticed even less.
“And yet, love remains.”
“Who are you? Where am I?”
“My story is as yours, senshi.”
Only a man and one whose star seed she felt nothing from, but he felt like darkness in the air, knives of ice and snow.
“Where is she?” Now that her mind was her own again, only that mattered.
“Here. This is the place for the traitors to friend and country who died saying, ‘The place where my beloved’s soul resides, let me go there,’” Kunzite reminisced.
She didn’t ask if I was a hell or not. She already knew everything important. She remembered a brave princess now, and a love beyond time. “Where are you Aluminum Seiren?! Reiko?”
(a/n: I was playing with whether or not this was an AU of Haruka and Michiru before it turned out to be Lead Crow/Aluminum Seiren when I was writing this, but I don't know if it came across. Watching some of Stars made me fangirls those Animates for being adorable with each other.)
