My computer keeps randomly rebooting. I checked the stats, and the CPU was running at 71 degrees C! Apparently it should be around 40. Here's a good way to check if your heatsink is efficient enough... is it copper or aluminium colored? If you remove it and portions are like a blue-rainbow-grey (petrol-in-water color) then it's running too hot and a better heatsink+fan may be required.

(PSU = Power Supply Unit, but you knew that right?)
Make sure the Heatsink+fan combo is secured to the CPU as well, as all it takes is a slight shift for it's effiency to go down.
