We are getting promos and press releases so it is getting more exciting but there is also confusion about the schedule again. *facepalms* The double episode is apparently not 4.17 and 4.18 but it seems to be 4.16 and 4.17 and they will end the season (15/5) with 4.21 and 4.22 together but still no definite news on the last two extra ones. I must admit I was somewhat surprised that you did the review of S3. I think this is because I am not a S3 fan, and I know you are alla bout Went. Really, who wouldn't be? *g* I will say though, that ever since Sara(h) was reheaded, I find reading aboug and talking about s3 easier.

I don't have much to add because this has been an incredible crappy week for me and I don't think well when I'm like this, so I have no desire to make no sense on your comments. I think I just succeeded anyway. *g*

I did want to say that I agree with Amy that you accomplished a lot with this post. It was uplifiting and accountable and I liked that.

It certainly was much nicer to rewatch when I knew SWC was coming back. Though I am all about the Went/ Michael I love Sara(h) and I couldn't accept that she wasn't there, so the whole season was kind of ruined for me because it was overshadowing everything.
I hope you have better times ahead.

Oh wow, Mo - another awesome rewatch post.

I had very mixed feelings about Season 3 - on the one hand I was SO excited to watch the episodes that were set in Sona reliving my *own* time standing on that distinctive red 'Panamanian' dirt, but on the other hand I was very sad at the direction our show was heading and the domino effect it had on fandom.

HIAB was disappointing and, I might add, so NOT kickass - the writers of Seven should have issues with NS, IMO - there were a million other ways they could have handled Sara's non-appearance on screen if SWC needed time with her newborn. (Personally, I think the logistics of being a new mother and dealing with TPTB's ridiculous S3 ep offers were a big ask and SWC made the classy choice of putting her family first.) I think Fox treated SWC very badly during that time and I hope they've made it up to her now

I read all of this. It was more entertaining than the entire Season, IMO, and as always, it is your complete utter honesty that sets you aside from many in fandom. There's no gloss, and you never expect that from your readers, either.

I noticed that a lot of fans switched teams (Amy is passes a girl crush and it is a full blown CRUSH IMO) when HITB occurred and like I said to Foxy *points upwards* I identify with Michael the most so I felt weird and even sad about that sometimes because he was still there. I love Sara(h) and I think she is terrific but for me she is there to emphasize Michael's soft side and because she is doing such a great job and on top of that she is a marvelous actress, who is so much more than a love interest, I missed her like crazy.

Have fun on the trip and I hope after that you will be on board again, even if you are moaning about Michael being cold and no porn and Went being fat and ugly.

LOL @ long comments. Welcome to my world of not being able to be brief.

Though I could understand that fans walked away during S3 it was also not an option for me but it was hard and the show did loose some of its magic at the time. The bad casting and the subplot that nobody cared about made it even worse. I remember that after the finale I was really upset about the prospect of Michael on this revenge path. I would have watched but I was not looking forward to the bleakness and hopelessness of it.

It is so weird that a lot of us were so delusional and in denial about it all and I think it was because this was one of the dumbest decision a TV show could make and I am convinced they knew it and regretted it very soon.

As for pointy fingers running Michael; I love that and I think it is a Went thing and it is like those fingers are always in the way. LOL

ONE WEEK FROM NOW most of us have seen 4.17. YEAH!!!!

Hi! I'm just delurking to say thanks for writing these awesome rewatch posts! I only came to the show this season (yeah, I know, I suck), and although I've seen all of the episodes now, I didn't get to be a part of fandom at the time they were airing, so it's really interesting to see these looks back and reflect on everything that happened. Knowing what I do about the show and about the behind the scenes shenanigans, I find I really agree with you on just about everything.

Thank you for delurking and commenting (I can relate to that LOL) and your nice words. It has been cathartic for me to write this because the biggest issue I have/ had with the show is the fandom. It went from incredible and exciting to a nearly non existing one today. It was very intoxicating, pulled me right in and turned me into an PB addict. So I am very happy that people are still discovering the show and liking it so much. :)
