the weekend...

This was a pretty chill weekend.  Friday night I went to see Crave by the Washington Ensemble Theatre, WET, www.washingtonensemble.org.  A visually stunning production.  Their design and use of space was brilliantly cinematic, literally.  They constructed a partial 4th wall furthest downstage with a wide rectangular hole in it, same as a movie

That's one of the things I love about Reclaiming and Diana's Grove: they focus on ritual artistry.
