Unfortunately, the only other people who would consent to sign such a pledge on my friends list are also on yours, or I would pass it along. *sighs* Although I've been trying to spread the organic word for many many years, it tends to fall on deaf ears in Chicago and vicinity. I think I will break the chain in my own way by subscribing to the local organic CSA farm for 2006. They deliver to Hyde Park, so not so far a trip to pick up. I keep trying to get people to go in on this with me, but perhaps it's time to just do it.

Maybe. And who knows, maybe you can be generous with what you don't use and give to your neighbors thus planting a possible seed of interest.
