Will-ness Report - Week Twelve

Had a bit of a setback, but nothing too serious.  I think I can get back on schedule and make up for lost time if I work really hard at it; otherwise, I'll just be a week behind where I would have been.  I'm still ahead of schedule on my overall goal, thanks to the big 6 pound loss I had right at the start, so I'm not going to worry too much about ( Read more... )

You're still checking in, you're tracking it, you're back on the bike. Yeah, I'd say you're back on the wagon. As mister Mumaw is saying....keep hold of those goals so you have them in mind when the midnight ice cream attacks! You know it will! :_)
