I survived Holy Week!  That in itself is an accomplishment, believe me.

Current Weight: 163.5
Weekly Loss: 1 pound
NET LOSS: 23.5 pounds

I appear to be right on target, although some serious increases in exercise are way overdue.  Yesterday I was so tired I accomplished absolutely nothing of worth, although I did spend a half hour playing Xbox "Kinect ( Read more... )

speaking of networks & goals - I've been using this and finding that I actually enjoy logging into it to track everything. I never understood that whold "2000 calories a day" thing...I eat less than that by far but don't lose weight! This is much more specific.
