you know I had this problem too... the low energy...fatigue...the whole bit. Since diabetes runs in my family, I got checked up. Turns out it wasn't diabetes. I did, however, have high cholesterol for my age... and for that i went to a dietician and up-d the exercise. It's hard to start at first as ... how do you go to the gym when you don't have the energy to do it? But, I just made myself go... and I looked at my eating habits and tried to make them better, as well as trying not to drink too much and not staying out late. This helped me out to get started and then I started adding those things all back in again once i got more energy and better control of myself. It's a hard balance to maintain...but sometimes you just have to give up all those bad little things that we love so much. :) If I can do it...you can do it. Oh and also... It doesn't help that you're now off the meds you were so used to...which could also cause weight gain according to my therapist.
