My landlord is a scumbag too. He nigger-rigs everything and it will take him weeks to fix something. Our toilet could explode and all he will say is, "I'll get to it..." Bastards! Then when he finally gets around to fixing something he does it half ass. It's pretty damn pathetic and extremely frustrating for us renters.
