So, work-fu became no more job there fu. The timing sucks. I have some jobs, which is more than your average unemployed person can say, but not so many of the jobs anymore. Not the jobs that were the majority of my income, although happily the jobs that were paying more by the hour

These things work out for the better, I find. I know he was giving you some difficulty, and I know that's a little scary, but you've got a solid resume, and there are tons of people who need freelancers. You'll do great. :)

Thanks Marisol. My husband keeps reminding me that I built up my client list from nothing before really quickly, and now I've got some extra experience behind me. I'm just so lucky he's so supportive of me, and that he can remind me of my talent when I'm not feeling quite so talented.

I can't imagine you'll have too many problems finding some more jobs! How many years have you been freelancing now? I think that's incredible and a true testament to your talent! I hope more jobs come about quickly, in any case - along with a job for Steve! What a stressful time <3

I pulled out my resume this morning and realised I've been doing this for six years! So I've definitely got that behind me. This client had me working on six jobs though, so to have them go all at once is pretty scary.

I've touched base with someone from one of my jobs that allows me to do as much or as little as I like, and let them know I'm on the job hunt but that I'll be doing more for them in the meantime. It's really good that I have that flexibility.

I was also headhunted for another blogging job on Friday morning as it happens. It's still in the negotiation stage, but as no one ever just e-mails me out of the blue I'm taking it as a sign.

I'm doing my best to ensure all this stress doesn't impact on our relationship. As you can imagine, there's a lot of it flying around. I have no clue what's up with the universe at the moment. My sister also had a big car accident this week. Stupid universe.
