About time for some good news right? Well, Steve's landed himself a perment job. His dream job, he tells me. He's getting out of his contract early and moving on to much greener pastures. I'm thrilled. The money's decent, not quite what he was on at the last gig but what he's been getting currently. The hours are amazing. He's allowed to start any

Thanks for the well wishes on both accounts. And it is nice to be back on an even keel with my folks, even if it's not all that genuine. We've got Easter and all to think about, and I'd much rather play nice.

Unfortunately Steve got stuck at the old job tonight so there were no steaks or bubbles. He still hasn't left!! It just makes me more anxious for him to start the new gig, which will see him come home close to two hours before trivia starts!
