I have really bad eating habits. My mother did a great job raising us, but she is no cook. And my father would refuse to eat anything that was not your typical bland meat and potatoes dish, so even when my mother would try to introduce some variety into our diet it was not met with success. Ya, our CSA's are only summertime too. Though we're lucky the farmers market still happens every Wednesday.

Oh, and I am glad you are getting off to a good start with the veggies, it all sounds so yummy! I'd still like to work on that menu planner helper thing with/for you sometime... life got super hectic as soon as I got back to town.

But I'll be in Austin for Valentine's Day (and the Burlesque!) So, perhaps we will get to see each other and chat a bit.
