Yoga goodness

I have managed to make it to yoga a bit more regularly for about the past month (about two or three times a week instead once ever week or so). Tonight I finally felt the difference. I went to a really hard class, and it still kicked my ass, but I could feel that I was more flexible, and even better, STRONGER. I love that feeling. I have felt ( Read more... )

2-3 times a WEEK? that's awesome. I'm feeling good if I make it once a week. Where do you take your classes? I bet you have some sweet setup at the university. I can take free classes at my gym but I'm too picky about the style and inevitably hate them.

It's a studio called Yoga Yoga. Its pretty hit or miss with the instructors. I could take yoga down on campus, but its such a pain to get my yoga mat to school, and I am too tired to bike home after. It's hard to find the time to go this often. Hopefully I can keep it up. It helps that my school schedule is ridiculously flexible right now. I have one class, and office hours, and a ton of meetings.

Yeah Yoga! Good for you. I start Yoga teacher training next week and I am lucky if I go to a class at all =) Or practice at home once a week. I tell myself, I am resting up for the months ahead. Apparently we will have assignments for practice about an hour and a half a day. I'm actually looking forward to it. And I am glad you are feeling stronger with your Yoga!
