Is it wrong that i'm slightly addicted to Taste? It's a food programme on sky three but the chefs on there make some amaaaazing looking stuff, and today they gave advice on what wines go well with certain cheeses... okay okay maybe I need a hobby ( Read more... )

It was on at 3:00 or 4:00 this morning or somthing, I was going to txt you and see if you where watching it, but alas didnt, I watched some program about Sharks & Crocodiles, what is it with Sky3 ...It's allways about the Sharks.

they do some quality early 90's shows about tornados and volcanoes and stuff. THE EYE OF THE STORRRRM or somethihg. with richard madley, when he still had hair :D

prescription stuff is the way to go when it comes to allergy crap. none of the over the counter stuff can really even compare. and the stuff that first person listed up there ^^^ is like the most common one we dispense here and it works really really well. like, 30 minutes after taking it you feel a million times better. *end pharma-geeking*

Yeah ruth dished me out some of her levo-cetirizine stuff at charlotte's party and it totally does the trick, i'm gonna ask for it next time I go doctors. its basically the same as normal cetirizine but works quicker? as far as i know, anyway. i miss my days as a pharmacy girl, although i never really learned much there, just chatted with the local crackheads since theyre actually the most interesting people in ashtead :)

yeah its basically the same as regular cetirizine but it's a slightly different chemical make-up so you can take it whenever and it works almost right away instead of having to take normal cetirizine at bedtime [cos it takes so long to kick in] in order to feel alright the next day.

i've learned so fucking much but also get the added joy of chatting to local crackheads, all reasons to love my job :D :D
