On Saturday, I overused my left arm doing some work on Santa's Chair. I knew it was going to be sore the next day. What I didn't realize was HOW sore.

Sunday, I slapped a brace on my wrist to remind me not to use the arm for heavy lifting or anything.

Pulling out heavy duty staples with a pair of pliers, so I could change out the fabric and put new heavy duty staples in.
