With me in the waiting area are several other women at various stages of pregnancy. Some have kids already, chasing each other around and arguing over plastic toys. Some have big bellies and some are barely showing. Some look happy. Some look upset. Some are alone. Others sport uncomfortable husbands and beaming

wha wha??? sooo you can send email to family but can't bother to post the pic on here?? i would love to see it ! I can only imagine what kind of emotional roller coaster the next several months are going to be for you. try and keep all of us updated, but I certainly understand priorities and online journaling not being one of them. so I wil just drag info out of your sis if I am hankerin (okie term, meaning, to want)

is hubby out on the road a lot? that sucks, i can see how it would make it harder. but I am sure everything will be fine...good luck to you.

Hubby is not really on the road a lot currently. This was the first time he's been away in the 11 years we've been together, actually. But his music career seems to be ramping up again lately, such that more road gigs are likely. Which is good, cuz it's making him glad. We'll just do a better job scheduling the next one to avoid lonesome sobbing fits.

I had The Peanut as my desktop background for a while. This prompted the boyfriend to yell in alarm "Arg! What the hell?!" when he turned on the computer. :P
Has hubby been contacting you as to how the gig is going? Mom said something about someone famous calling or someone who knows someone or....something vague like that. What is she talking A BOOT?

I've been very, very away and I don't even know yet if you've other entries in the last several weeks. Let me just say I'm so happy your baby is doing well so far. :) Your happiness is very important to me. I hope hubby's seeing the next ultrasound too.
