A long week.
Well I had Monday and Tuesday off, but on Wednesday they made us all take the PSATs which were really annoying and they made me tired all day.
Thursday was boring, whatever.
The rest of my week was jamed-packed with band stuff.
Friday was our homecoming and so we had to play two peprallies(it was raining) and then play during homecoming. I really hate playing at homecoming because you stand there and play the same thing over and over. I actually don't even know who the homecoming queen was because I was zoned out so much. I only knew that I had to stop playing and that made me happy.
So after the game I put up shit for uniforms and whatnot and then just went home and slept because Saturday was....
Golden River!
We left the school at 9 and we prefromed at like, 1:20 I think. Anyways, I did pretty good marching and didn't forget any of the horn flashes or poses, so yay for me.
After that we sat through the other bands' perfromance because right after was festival awards.
And we got all 1's.

So then we were all really happy and then half of us left to go home early, so a lot of my friends weren't there, but I still had a good time.
Me and Sarah basically hung out and talked about the other bands until Sharyn and Alex came over then we hung out with them too. Yay.
And then it got COLD.
Like, freezing.
I was wrapped up in my blanket wearing sweatpants(thank God for those!) and hoodie huddling together with everyone else.
Poor sarah forgot her blanket.
We all decided that next year we would buy a king sized comforter and cut four holes in the top. Hehe. It's acutally not a bad idea except if you have to go to the bathroom.
So after 9 hours of high school bands, JSU finally perfroms. They were awesome, and then we left and got back about 1:30, but I had to put up uniforms. Which I did. And then got yelled at from Meagan becuase we didn't put the hat boxes in the right section because the people before us had mixed them all up. Like it matters anyways because they don't last like, 30 seconds after we put them out in their sections. So they just HAD to fix them. And I tried to tell her that it was really pointless but she slammed the door on my face. So me and Sarah laughed our asses off and laughed. It really was funny. She complains about staying so late everyweek, but the only reason she has to is because she does stupid pointless stuff(like spraying them ALL with freebreeze a day before we send them to the cleaners).
And I slept until like noon today.
And I'm tired and not going to will's surprise party which starts about now.
And I plan on sleeping the rest of the day now.
