From my own experience, people who join strata councils are primarily annoying busy-bodies.

I would tell the strata that you had a plumber in and that he fixed the seals on your bathtub and that you have taken care of your end of things. Furthermore, they need to bring you something substantial before they bring this issue to you again.
Then you stab them.

My parents want me to replace the tub, so I went and ordered one today, I was really adament that it be with a removeable apron the lady couldn't understand why. Anyways I told strata it would arrive June 16 and hopefully solve everything ON MY END (kinda my warning of after this it's not my problem stop calling) and immediately after I got an email saying "oh hey another member of strata was just pointing out, to save you trouble to make sure your plumber checks for all problems before installing the new tub, don't want to have pull it out all over again".

A) this means they don't get it, after this STOP CALLING ME, it's not me it's you.
B) I'm gonna enjoy going "Sorry, Heather, I just got your message, apparently you misunderstood what I meant when I informed you that I was replacing my tub. It meant stop calling me and stop blaming me, deal with this yourselves, goodnight I'm going to take a bath now"
