Abilities: Is pretty fast/strong? She's not a combat robot, though. Has very strong firewalls (She can repel 20 custom made androids trying to hack her at the same time for over an hour). Isn't actually sapient- She relies on software and her programming. She can read data from other persocoms without opening a connection, and cause them to freeze and 'hear a familiar voice' in self-defense. She also has magical clamp powers. Wrapping people in wire tentacles, near-flight level jumping, etc.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: ...Do you really want to make Chii sad? Hugging is fine. No violence plz, but insulting and spitting etc is fine as long as. She isn't really hurt. Going "You're just a machine!" is fine, ultraviolence is not. Unless you want Chii to win with magical clamp power activates.
