[Voice and Text]It's been a while since I've mentioned it, so perhaps it bears repeating over the network once more. Located at Mariner High School, on the corner of Marshall and Lander, in addition to the dojo and the soup kitchen, there's a public inventory that anyone can use. Things like food, toiletries, and other useful items are kept there ( Read more... )

That's right -- but if I asked one that was too hard, those with less practice in puzzles might not be able to answer. I try to keep my puzzles accessible to the whole city.

Giving them a hard puzzle, would it not help occupy their time?

...I suppose so. I might try that, the next time.

I'll give you a hint -- it has to do with the letters of the words.

[ooc, because it's too long to fit in the subject line: first letter of first word, second letter of second word, and so on. But the written language of Avatar is Chinese, right? I don't think the puzzle works in Chinese :(]

Try arranging them vertically; the answer should be easier to see.

Well, it certainly doesn't live up to it's answer! Hard!

[lol he doesn't even bother giving the answer]

Perhaps next time, you should provide puzzles of increasing difficulty.

A question: how may I access this public inventory?

That's been suggested to me recently; I'll consider it. I want to keep my puzzles accessible to everyone.

It's on the topmost floor of the high school. There's a young woman there named Moa; talk to her about claiming things from inventory for personal use.

I look forward to possible challenges, then.

All right. Do you know what hours she keeps?

I'm not sure... It might be best to contact her over the network beforehand and ask her personally. Her frequency is dreamermoa.

[Takes note of this location; it might be helpful in the future.]

...You have enough people supplying this location, correct?

puzzledprof November 23 2009, 01:13:08 UTC
Less than half a dozen, but we have no trouble keeping ourselves safe. Volunteers are always welcome, though; many hands make light work and all that.

[Frowns. That's a rather small group to provide supplies.]
