...Oh, it didn't shock me. That's a relief; I'll take small blessings where I can get them.

At any rate, I've had an idea. Would anyone like me to put up a puzzle on a regular basis -- say, once every week or two weeks? It'll give everyone a small chance to exercise their mind in different ways, and keep me from getting shocked by my ( Read more... )

You have three light bulbs in a room, and three switches. If you can only look in the room once, how do you tell which switch controls which light?

I'm interested in all sorts of puzzles, really. Numbers, words, pictures, logic, lateral thinking -- I have quite a few memorized, so I don't think I'm in any danger of running out.

I know quite a few kinds of puzzles. Number puzzles, word puzzles, pictures, lateral thinking.... Suffice it to say there should be enough to last a while.

I'm not sure it would be very safe for a lot of people to be outside, not with quite a bit of planning and security. [Amused:] Besides, you'd have an unfair advantage, wouldn't you?
