[Yami is in the arcade! It takes him a bit to figure out how to work each game, but once he does he systematically replaces the top three scores with the initials AAA. On each game. What a jerk.

Either way he looks a bit bored and might enjoy company, though he only speaks Japanese and hasn't brought his comm with him because he's stupid.]

[Reno...hasn't actually been to the arcade before this, and it's pretty interesti-- was that just him in the little video of that one?!]

Damn...it's got everyone.

[Heh, he's never been in a video game before. Lol what?]

[Some crazy foreigner is talking to the games. Which would be understandable if he was playing it, but he's not. Yami's playing the same version of that game right next to the one Reno's looking at, and apparently his character is fighting against the Reno character...and winning Sorry man.]

It's a good thing he's not at a higher level. messyturk September 17 2010, 01:20:16 UTC
[Reno smirks, alright so maybe in his book it's sort-of cheating to play as yourself. Nobody ever said Reno was going to play fair in his book either.

He's better than the CPU at playing himself, and trounces a younger looking version of the guy who'd just beaten his own arcade-self after he got a hand on the controls.]

[Yami wasn't really paying attention, but he glances at the other guy's screen -because he's both a screenwatcher and a backseat gamer- and raises a brow at his choice. Then he looks at Reno and pointedly slaps the 2-player button on his game, raising a brow in invitation.

It's probably not fair to challenge people since he's arguably the best gamer on Earth (his Earth, anyway) but he's very, very bored.]

[WHERE ARE YOU YUGI MISSES YOU ALREADY

Oh hey there you are.

Yugi isn't really surprised. The arcade is the one place where they'd feel most at home on the boat. And have the satisfaction of wiping out the entire high score table with their own initials. What jerks.

He smiles broadly as he hurries his steps to catch up to him, raising his voice a bit to be heard over the various arcade sounds.]

Mou hitori no boku!

[Bro he is trying to get himself used to not hovering over you like some kind of hummingbird, you are not helping. Except he was already getting nervous because he hasn't seen you for like FORTY MINUTES and something could've happened in his absence.

Yugi's call makes him start and he glances quickly to affirm that it was indeed the only person on the ship who'd call him that. But he has to hurry back because this Chun Li lookalike is kicking his ass and he's not going to lose, dammit.]

Hello Yugi.

[Also trying to get used to calling Yugi by his name more often, since "Aibou" was kind of a weird thing to call your twin brother.]

[Precisely why he went to find you, man; he was starting to get nervous because good lord, forty minutes is WAY too long to be separated from you and something easily could've happened.

Yugi makes it to his side and watches the fight, and although it's very tempting to slap the Player 2 button and go up against his other, he doesn't want to interrupt it just yet. Goodness knows the number of glares he held back at arcades when he'd be winning a fight and someone would butt right into the middle of it to challenge him.]

You've almost got her! Come on! You just need to get out of her kick combo!

[Dude, get out. You are backseat gaming. Yami is allowed to backseat gaming because A) he's better than you (OH HO HO) and B) that is the whole premise of your canon. Yami backseat gaming.

Yami just tries to tune Yugi out so he can lay the smackdown on this chick.]
