Oh, my, yes. Just last month, these yucky bug Pokemon where going about, just taking people's souls! And without so much as asking!

It was really quite the ordeal, you see. Of course, it's all been taken care of by now, as far as I know, so you've nothing to worry about!

[Because, you know. The fact that soul-sucking Pokemon even exist, that's not something to be concerned about.]

It will hatch into Igglybuff! They're quite adorable!
And after a while, it may into Jigglypuff, like little Jigsaw here!

Hmm.

I've been reading up a bit about it as of late I do believe it does! It seems to need a particular type of stone for that to happen, though.

But even when they're small, they're ever so adorable~! They can even sing~!

A-Ah! W-Well! I believe Igglybuff start out with Sing and Charm, but they learn lots of other interesting moves like Copycat~! And once they evolve they learn even more~!
