girl, i hear you! it would be so helpful if we could just wear badges that identify us as social workers everywhere we go. like, leave me alone- i am off duty!
when i see homeless people asking for money, i always wish they knew that i give and give all day long, so i should be exempt from giving a handout. alas, i usually feel guilty and give the dollar anyway. but i would not give to a man who hits Harvey! no way! i might even take something from him!
