It was made by Lip Service, a while ago - they don't make it anymore, but maybe people still sell it on eBay, etc. I think the name of the line was State of Constriction, or something to that effect.

is the mesh shirt attached to the corset?

Nah, totally separate. It's basically a mesh shirt with straps that wrap around a couple of times (can't really see them under the corset), and zips up the back.

It's the mens corset from Axfords - still probably the most useful one I own.
