If there's a complication in the surgery, will the robot be equipped or able to deal with it? What if the complication is something seemingly unrelated to the heart surgery? One example would be cutting the man open to find he has a tumor that was previously unseen. What if the man's heart stops, or his breathing? There are so many complications that can happen from a major surgery like this.
Another concern are the complications of the machine. It has to be running perfectly. One mistake, one jerk, one short circuit, and the patient may die. You've just added another variable. I trust a human far more than a robot when it comes to surgery.
