Do you have yarn? Can I have yarn?

Dear Internet,

I need a small amount (about 2 feet) of several (10) different colors of yarn. I can just buy them in huge rolls, but I only need 2 feet and will never use the rest. Anyone out there either have yarn I can buy a few feet of, or want to buy some and have me chip in?

If I was home I'd give you some of mine. As I am not, if you don't get other offers I'd suggest checking thrift stores. You can often get smaller amounts of yarn cheap there because of the people who finish a project and end up with too much to throw away but not enough for a project they want to do.

Right off the top of my head, without looking I know I have light blue, dark red, orange, yellow, green, and black. I can look for others in my little scraps pile. I'm in Kansas and could mail them to you no problem. Is two feet allowing a little room to work, or would you like closer to three feet?

Depending on what fiber you need I have the following colors:

- Purple (several shades)
- Blue (light, dark, tealy etc)
- Red (like a fire truck)
- Green (like a pine tree)
- Pink
- Tan
- Black

I may also have some truly hideous orange that I used when learning to crochet.

You can have a couple feet of all of those for free. Just give me a call.
