Okay, I read a tech article that interested me, so I thought you might like to read it too:

While I'll agree that some lawsuits are necessary in order to protect the consumer, ie., iPod batteries dying after warranty, and just products not being up to par, there are definitely trials that are plain stupid.  Apple got sued

Is it surprising when this country allows burgulars to sue the owners of the homes they break into, and people can sue a restaraunt when they spill coffee on themselves?
