dnereverri introduced me to this specialty cat site, which has been far far too cute. aha! now i know who to blame for sucking mine (and m.'s) brains this afternoon. :-)
Sigh. PDFs. Yeah, some places demand them; some don't. Some vendors don't like Word 'cause it can be edited up. Some apps don't generate the PDFs right, so they mess up or don't use anti-aliasing. Right now, I gen them by printing to PDF on OS X; not sure how well it holds up under all circumstances, but they seem to resize very nicely, indicating (to me) that all the font and object info is in there, and anti-aliasing is done right.
I spotted your journal whilst idly looking at users interested in space rock. (I'm quite partial to the stuff, too, surprisingly enough.) When I actually looked at it I realised that I'd met you before!

Having said that, you'd probably be surprised at how little time I spend actually listening to space rock. So much music in the world, so little time...
We'd love to play in the States. Unfortunately, it would bankrupt us - we don't make any money from Litmus, but we can't afford to lose massive amounts, either. We need to reach a level where it is financially viable for a promoter to find the money to bring us over and sort out some decent gigs for us. Maybe it will happen after we get the second album out, who knows?
If you get bored, feel free to check out my journal - a lot of it is just about the very unglamorous reality of being in a space rock band!

Now if only I had the opportunity to see you guys more often. Tracking HW is enough to keep me beggared :-(
