windshield now replaced, but can't drive car for 24 hrs as adhesive is drying or somesuch.

Of course, they didn't tell me this until I got the car.  So the day is shot.  sigh.

But, new userpic!  Stolen from moominmolly, who stole it from elsewhere.  It's fitting my mood, at least.

Huh. When I got mine replaced, they told me I couldn't drive it at all for 6 hours, and I had to be "really gentle" with it for 24. But I found out on the same timescale you did. Bah!
