jay's home from tour and i couldn't be happier. he couldn't believe how big Bear is already. we're working on wedding stuff, hoping to have everything pretty much done my mid May if not earlier

Im no photographer by any means, but

i agree, that film photography is more fulfilling, but the cost of developing film almost killed me in my teen years. i like being able to pick and choose my shots, as well as editing them, before printing them.

Right now I have a Panasonic Lumix and a Canon Powershot A80. The Panasonic I got for christmas.

My dad has quite a bit of equipment so I'm thinking that maybe he can teach me. I've never learned how to manually focus, or how to properly use a 35mm.

Thanks for all the info, and I must state again that you're an amazing photographer, I love the work of yours that I've seen, it inspires me to take more pictures!
