I first encountered Sublime on a mid-90s punk compilation called "Punk Sucks!" -- you know the type, it was retailing for under 10 bucks and had two or three dozen songs on it. interesting. so per your poll results, stereolab is apparently so passe at this point that people would rather vote for fuckin' sublime.

to see if this sort of thing keeps up, can i request a special radiohead v. blind melon round? or perhaps ...and you will know us by the trail of dead vs. sugar ray.

sadly(?) I don't own any Sugar Ray. But I think it's safe to say I'd rather shoot myself than listen to "Fly".
