Were the other students younger? Like in their 20s? I think independent schoolwork takes a certain discipline that many people don't develop until later. And someone who just got out of high school or college would still be in the mindset of courses consisting mostly of classroom work.

I know two were a husband/wife pair. They're gone now, as far as I can tell. I have no idea if they're young or old though.

All kinds of theories are possible. But when comparing the grades online, it's easy to see who's grasping the material and who's not. I'm the only one passing at the moment
