Today's weight: 254. Missed the goal of 253 by one pound, but two pounds in one week is still pretty good. Next week's goal: 252.

The power supply in my PC is doing weird power feedback things, so it's time to strip it down and replace parts.

I've never much liked most Web advertising. Popups are especially hateful; I don't like having my limited PC compute power wasted on somebody's idiotic ad for microcameras that stare down some anorexic chick's tits. So I've got a bit of a weight problem, like most Americans. It's genetic in our family...there's not a single member of the family that isn't overweight by at least thirty pounds, mostly more. So on Friday the cat and I went for a stroll in the backyard, sans walking jacket, as the cat will behave quite nicely if I'm right there with her.
