my friend warned me that he sounded like this psycho she once read about.
she told me that he was potentially dangerous.
his name, she said, sounded fictitious in itself.

it's true.
i don't know why i don't stop trying.
we have all concluded he's an imbecile.
he's a compulsive liar.
he has little to no sympathy for others.
he rarely displays emotion.
he has no sense of loyalty or trust.

i don't know where i'm going with this one.
i think the more negative things i hear about him,
the more i want to fix him.
it's a terrible disease.

That was actually one of the first impressions I got from him - that he was some twisted little psycho.

Try thinking the opposite of the negative, then. Maybe, if you continuously think about things that AREN'T wrong with him, you'll realize nothing really needs mending - or that nothing is really wrong in the first place and it's just the way he is.

actually, that makes a lot of sense.
i suppose he's conniving in his own way.
when i first met the kid, he seemed genuine.

those few seconds of a seemingly bright kid give me too much hope and faith now.
