As you know, I'm a WW devotee and I'm back on the plan as well. I personally love the meetings - it makes a huge difference for me when I go. I like the support, I like getting advice and tips and new food ideas. I like being surrounded by a bunch of people who know exactly what I'm going through. And I like when they clap for me even if I just lose 2 pounds because they know how hard it is.

Yeah, I'm gonna do it. Yeah!

They have this Monthly Pass thing where you get the e-Tools and the meetings for like $40 a month. I think I'm going to get that. I have to be able to track my food online, or else I won't track at all.

That's what we did. It works out the cheapest, I think.

How frustrating to work so hard at the gym not to see the results you have been busting your butt for!! You've been working soooo hard too. I hate how long it takes to actually see changes in weight or body size/shape! Don't let it get you down!

I really like WW too. I used to go to the meetings but found I could do just as well on my own if I weighed in and kept a good food journal. Since January, I just used calorie-count.com to chart my weight and eating habits and that seemed to be just enough extra motivation for me to curb some of my bad eating. So I think it can be done for free!

yeah, i've tried to use sparkpeople.com to track what i eat, but that doesn't really work as well for me. i think i need to be more accountable, and paying $40 a month helps. :P
