As of half an hour ago, I am officially done with Spanish class FOREVER. I just took the easiest language final of my life, and I'm so happy I kinda want to dance (except that I'd love to sleep quite a bit more).

Time to close that eight year chapter of my life. I think I'm officially taking a break from any Spanish speaking for a while, unless

That's very cool. I didn't start learning until I was 14, and even then it was an off-and-on thing. This summer I finally decided to stop procrastinating and fulfill my language requirement already. That's awesome that you tested out, though. Means you won't have to take 16+ hours of language classes in college (unless you want to, of course).

CSM is School of Mines, I take it? Hmm, you'll definitely have to check into that. Italian classes are common enough, but CSM, while a great school, is kind of smaller. They might restrict their languages to ones they feel are best suited to science-related careers (Japanese, I'd assume would be one). Still, it's always worth a shot.
