Change isn't always a bad thing. Next year may be difficult at first without all of your best friends around, but let it be an opportunity to make other friends and live a bit differently. You might be surprised by how cool the world is outside of your "default setting" once you allow yourself to experience it. Remember-you only live once!
Plus, I'll be around next year! That fact alone should relieve any feelings of uncertainty regarding college:)
if there's one thing ive learned in life, it's that default is not what you should play through. enable inverted controls and you'll find that things can be so much simpler
Dude, things are going to be fine. Things were definitely weird when we started high school. Just think of this as a bigger, slightly more gelatinous change. In no way are you going to be considered an outsider. If anything, you not living up by us will make you a celebrity of sorts when we hang out. You'll have stories to tell us from down in the big N.O., whereas our repository of tales will be restricted to LSU. And you know we're all still gonna hang out in college, considering how close-knit our group is (i.e. My sister and the two Melissa's, both of which went to LSU while Lisette stayed down here). Also, no one is totally fine being by themselves. They may be fine, yes. But not totally. Everyone needs to chill with someone on a regular basis. I guess, in summary: None of us truly know what the hell we're gonna be doing next year. We're all kind of confused. It's a whole new world, man. It's a new fantastic point of view.
