This really made it hit home for me, that regardless of the ending of AWE, I can't accept the fact that Jack & Lizzie don't see each other again. Really enjoying this!

Personally, I don't think, even with the post-credits ending, that it was meant to imply that they never see each other again. I'd say that with all the context, and relationship between all three of them, it can be safely assumed that they keep in touch, through whatever means, from time to time.
