I like the Beatles. My mom was a fan, so I listened to 'em a lot when I was little.

And yeah, I'd say family politics can be unique from family to family. There's certainly a web of in-jokes and shared likes and dislikes that connects me to closest family and then a looser web of the same connecting me to my extended family. Interesting stuff.
